There were a couple of chrome parts on my '18 Deluxe that I wanted to replace. Harley showed nothing, other dealers same. While looking at documentation online I found the part numbers for what I was looking for. I searched for the parts and was lucky to find New Castle. They got my parts right away and shipped them fast. They were on the bike ten minutes after they arrived. I could not be more pleased and now New Castle is my go-to place for the parts I need. Needed a rain suit to replace one over thirty years old that was purchased here. Mary Beth could not have been more helpful while servicing several customers needs at one time. She fit me in a riding jacket to insure the rain gear fit properly since I failed to bring my own. She showed me their full line of products including the best without insisting that is what I should purchase. She also went way above and beyond helping me with a problem with my helmet and a storage pouch for my windshield. She was keen, knowledgeable, patient and kind. All staff was helpful serving me with a smile, very nice job, one of the best experiences I've had.

New Castle Harley-Davidson is the best shop Ive ever been to. Everyone is always so friendly and they treat you like youre family. I recently made a few purchases there and each time is better than before. They go above and beyond and give you their time without you feeling rushed. I saw a 06 Super Glide 30th anniv. model on the website. Called and talked to Nancy. She is wonderful and very

helpful. Went down that Tuesday and bought it! This was Nancy's personal bike and it was in beautiful condition.

Billy wrapped up the paper work and we were down the road. I brought my wife along and she was just as impressed as I was at the kindness and knowledge of the entire staff. After dealing with my local Harley dealer, this was a very pleasant surprise. I called Nancy the following week to let her know she has a customer for life.

It is well worth the 50 minute drive for this kind of service. The bike I purchased had 9500 miles, and Nancy also

I purchased a Fatboy from New Castle Harley Davidson christmas 2018 and absolutely could not be more pleased. Being shorthanded over the Christmas holiday was going to make my delivery date after the New Year, understandably so. We we're headed to Ohio for a trike rally and our trike broke down. Made a call to them and they said if I can get it to them they would look at it right away. Turned out that it wasn't going to be an easy fix and that I should not run it no more than necessary and should trailer it home. The whole staff in service did everything possible to get us hooked up with a box truck to get it home. Ended up my son drove 3 1/2 hours to get us. Can't thank you guys enough for everything that was done to help us out!!! Sorry if I get the name wrong but I think it was Bill that escorted us into Grove City and recommended a restaurant ( great choice) to wait for our son to arrive. Thanks so much!!

I am a first time buyer with New Castle Harley. I found them through an Internet search when I was looking for a new windshield. I ordered the windshield and it arrived quickly. When I installed the windshield one of the bolts was not quite right. Having dealt with other dealerships on parts issues I settled in for a battle to try to get a new bolt sent out quickly. However with New Castle and Bill in the parts department I only needed to send one email and he quickly offered to send a replacement no questions asked. I got the part in a few days and it worked flawlessly. Ordering from New Castle was painless and demonstrated what customer service should be. I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.

I had a mechanical breakdown on June 8th, your service department was working very hard to get me back on the road when they discovered the bent value. That was the end; I was not officially stranded in New Castle. I would like to give a big thanks to 'Smitty' of the service department. He offered me a ride to the Pittsburgh airport so that I could rent a car and continue on with my trip (rented a bike from Bear's Honesdale) and on the return again 'Smitty' picked me up at the airport and drove me to your dealer the following Saturday to get my bike. The repair was made, no issues. But if it wasn't for good people like 'Smitty' my trip would not have been as nice as it was. I am sorry not to remember Smitty's real name, but please give him a big thank you. As with most people I have been very busy the last 2 months and have not had the time to get this note out.Thanks again!

I bought a new 2012 Sportster XL1200 Custom here in Milwaukee, WI. Shopping for parts and accessories was quite the sticker shock for me as all the dealers here in Milwaukee are charging MSRP or higher for parts. Since this is the hometown of Harley Davidson, I was quite surprised by this, and I couldn't get a discount anywhere. Just for kicks, I checked around on the internet and found your dealership, and couldn't believe the prices on parts and accessories!! Even with shipping costs, the prices were much lower than I could get here at any dealer. Needless to say, I ordered several thousand dollars in accessories for my Sporty, and can't be happier. Communication is paramount at New Castle HD. I received prompt service, accurate pricing, and really fast shipping too! Even when parts were back ordered from HD, I received my order before the date that was listed for New Castle to get them from HD.....that is service! All orders were confirmed right away, and I was informed about any back orders, all email questions were answered right away, and shipping information and tracking was spot on. I even had a return that was my fault because I ordered the wrong part number and the return was quick, seamless, and I even received an email stating that the return was received and credited.

If this is how they handle a faceless internet customer like me from 1000 miles away, I can't imagine how wonderful the service would be if I were to walk into the dealership and talk to these people face to face!

Had I known then what I know now, I would have gladly hauled my trailer to their dealership and bought my bike from them too!

New Castle HD is my only go to dealership from now on. Professionals in every way, and I tell everyone I know about them.

New Castle H/D is outstanding in my book. We have done business with them for the past 5 years. They go out of their way to service your bike and get you back on the road again. One year we had a trip planned to Vermont leaving on a Wednesday. Monday my husband's bike had wheel trouble and Dave in the serice department had a wheel delivered on next day air, fixed the bike and on wednesday Morning we left on our trip. I have recommended NCHD to all my friends and co-bike riders. You will not be disappointed.
